ELMS Web Site & Customer Help Desk

ELMS Software is please to announce the use of Comm100 to help manage our customer service and support process.  This software service provides us with a professional User Forum, Knowledge Base, Software Support Tickets & Tracking, as well as an online chat to talk directly with a service representative online.

ELMS has launched a new website as part of the ELMS Version 10 initiative.  The ELMS help desk will be accessible via inside the ELMS Advantage Online site as well as from our main menu on our web page.  Log in and sign up.
