Improving your Lead Management Process

ELMS recently received a request from a current customer to create a report that shows all the leads in their database that are currently open.  In addition to the Open leads reports, this client wanted to see open leads that do not have a follow up activity planed or are currently inactive.  This Inactive Lead Report ensures that your company is processing and following up on each and every lead.  Each sales lead left behind is potentially lost revenue.

ELMS Software uses the ELMS Advantage Online CRM tool for our own customer management.  The invalid lead report quickly showed over 30 potential customers where we had no plans to contact or follow up with after our initial contact.
