Vendors & Compliance Tracking

The current version of Elms Advantage Online tracks your vendor contacts.   The next release of Elms will additionally let you to assign contacts associated with specific vendors and suppliers.   Elms 10.0 will also provide vendor compliance management in the form of insurance compliance. Track your vendor insurance compliance in the form of General Liability, Worker's Compensation, Automobile, and/or Umbrella policies.

Today, more than ever, the smallest mistake may have grave consequences.  Hiring a vendor to provide goods and services, on your behalf, can likely be a risky venture.  Mitigate this risk by knowing more about your vendors and suppliers.

ELMS Advantage Online will help you plan your workload so that you are not continually riding the wave between over commitment and staff layoffs.

The ELMS Company Dashboard is your default home page.  The dashboard gives you a quick summary of  your company's workload, job status, marketing efforts, and incoming sales leads.

This image depicts the Job View.  The Job View is one of many views into your business.   The Job View can quickly show the current status of all your jobs with a quick link to a list of specific job.   You always will be aware of the current state of your company and where you are heading.

Elms partners with Zendesk

Elms Advantage Online has partnered with Zendesk to create an online Help Desk.  Easily enter tickets online through ELMS or your mobile device.  Track your tickets and rate your support.   Utilize our forums to request new features, ask general questions or educate yourself via conversation with other users.

Backups on-demand

ELMS Feature Preview

Company administrators will be able to get a download of their company data on-demand.  You can download a zip file that includes CSV files that represent customers, vendors, jobs, estimates, change orders, contracts, and your custom task database.

This gives you the ability to use your data for other internal systems, or simply feel more secure having your own backup.

Finally! Are you sure

It is the beginning of September and I can finally visualize our direction with regards to ELMS.   It has been a struggle the last few months as we have been actively developing and restructuring our offering.   I am excited to finally say that the new and improved version of ELMS Advantage Online will be released in January of 2013.   Details about the release will follow as we close in on the release date.
