Bill of Material Report

We have actively been working to create a bill of material report inside ELMS Advantage Online.  I think we are finally able to deliver and will make it available in our March 2010 release.  Thank you to all who have helped with logic and logistics of getting this together.  Below is a quick demo of how the BOM works with an existing estimate.

Scheduling Events and Phone Calls

Calendar events and to-do lists are very nice, but they are much better when we can integrate them when working with sales leads.  We can now schedule phone calls and meeting from the lead worksheet.  This enhancement provides more functionality to the CRM section of ELMS Advantage Online.

Business systems for remodelers, contractors, and builders have notoriously been lacking in their leads management pieces.  ELMS Advantage Online is raising the bar to provide a fully function CRM application.  Check out the demo below and gives us some feedback.

New Letter Templates & Mail Blaster

Originally the ability to create letter templates and deliver customer specific letters was scheduled for March 2010 release.   Nevertheless, we where able to release this functionality in an unexpectedly prior to March.   The driving factor was ELMS Software and our need for these functions.

ELMS Software is using its own application for it's respective CRM needs.  Letter Templates and Mail Blaster is currently available in both the Basic and Premier levels.   I do expect this to change.   Premier members will always have the latest functionality available to them with no increase in price...EVER - .

ELMS Advantage To-Do List

ELMS Advantage Online has implemented and is deploying to-do list functionality as part of the Personal Information Manager.   The To-Do list functionality will be deployed as part of the February 2010 software release and will be available to all of ELMS Advantage Online service levels.

I am fortunate to get the opportunity to meet many independent remodelers and small business persons ever week.   I am always amazed to find a similar story behind each one.    Most have aspirations of growing their business and providing more services.  Everyone works extremely hard, much more than the 40 hours a week, and are responsible for many tasks.   They meet with customers, work sales leads, manage production, order supplies & materials, process the accounting, and take out the trash at the end of the day.
