August, 2010 - Software Updates

The following updates where deployed to the ELMS Advantage Online Application on Aug. 19th 2010.

ELMSADV-130	Import/Export Business Contacts
ELMSADV-253	Create templates from existing estimates.   The Template screen has been re-organized to act more like the idea of creating estimates.
ELMSADV-312	Report active “open” leads that do not have a calendar entry
ELMSADV-317	Contact Draw can be configured by percentage or by draw amount.
ELMSADV-318	Add Lead Source name to list of lead.  This is a sortable column
ELMSADV-329	Mis-spelled words and punctuation on Admin/Accounting Page
ELMSADV-330	Setting lead to un-assigned will remove the salesperson currently assigned
ELMSADV-331	Expand the description field to tasks.  This will also affect estimate tasks, selection tasks, and template tasks.
ELMSADV-332	Create company specific web page that can be used for lead Input directly into ELMS
ELMSADV-333	Wrap task description on the task select window in estimate builder
ELMSADV-334	Update calendar and phone appointment window.  Visual appearance and default location to customer or lead address.
ELMSADV-335	Task detail window in estimate builder more visually appealing and organized.  Added the task cost and price to this window

New - ELMS Web Lead Entry

Elms is introducing a new feature to the ELMS Advantage Online family.  The ELMS Web Lead Entry will be available to all participating customers free of charge via our August release next week.  Each company will have their own specific link to a web lead entry form where their potential customers can enter their contact information and the info is directly inserted into their specific ELMS Leads database.
