What's the buzz about ELMS in 2011

2010 was about building functionality and introducing ELMS to the construction industry.   We pushed code quickly and heard from our customers about their needs and how they do business.

Product Development is the focus for 2011.   This is a focus on enhancing what we have and taking ELMS Advantage Online to new levels.  We will be enhancing user tutorials, help text, knowledge bases, internal process, as well as our marketing efforts.   ELMS Customer base is growing and we too are growing and enhancing our internal processes to support continued growth.

We have made a few enhancements in January already.  Please visit our new support  forums.   This forum will organize customer inquiries and allow a growing support team to respond to customers promptly.  January software updates include a new estimating window that is faster and more efficient.

We are not forgetting about adding new functionality to ELMS Advantage Online.  We have designs and schedules in place to enhance Customer Portal and add vendors to the online equation.  We are working on uploading photos to ELMS from mobile devices, and building a journaling and time capturing system for field personnel .

Social Media and our integration with Constant Contact is making it easier to communicate with customers and the our user base.    We want to hear from you.  Tell us what you are interested in with our online survey.  We look forward to 2011.
